Great location close to attractions! The breakfast was a delicious highlight of my stay with a variety of options.
The room's water pressure fluctuated. Nearby nightclubs had disruptive noise until midnight.

Everything was brand-new, including awesome and lovely staff at the reception desk. The room was brilliant and terrific with excellent views on the town and the river. The bed was lovely and so were the pillows. The pool was covered and I had delicious drinks in the roof top bar.
It was all superb.

The gym equipment was outdated, some dumbbells were hard to adjust!!! The pool lacked deck chair cushions while the restaurant seemingly closed during stated hours!!! I found the noise from nearby bars rather intrusive!!!

Breakfast offered a fantastic variety of options.
The staff were outright rude about our guest. They charged excessively for an additional person despite our room accommodating four. I was shocked when they came to our room late at night, escorting my friend out.

Really good hospitality and a really good breakfast!
During my two-night stay, I was really impressed by how proactive the staff were, especially in helping us arrange transport and activities. We enjoyed a fine view from our Beautiful Double Room with River View, and I can't recommend the rooftop restaurant enough-it served the best breakfast we had in Vietnam! I wish the spa services were more accessible since they seemed to be closed .

The junior suite on the 12th floor offered fantastic city and river views. Breakfast stood out with a wide selection of both Asian and western options. The room's water pressure fluctuated during peak times, inconvenient. The nearby nightclubs created a disruptive noise that lingered until midnight, detracting from the overall experience.
